American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Good customer service, family owned business. The corn itself has really good flavor, and they add plenty of condiments, also had the Fresas Rafaelo and they were delicious. They just got to add their hours on Google and their socials.

Horrible customer service and a very disorganized establishment. I went last week on a Sunday afternoon. There were four workers there, and for some odd reason, they were all helping one customer at a time, even though there were only four customers total, including me. As soon as I walked in, no one greeted me. Fine, I get it, they were busy. But one worker kept making awkward eye contact with me, looking at me, then back at his work, and then back at me again. After they finished helping two customers, the owner asked who was next. I pointed to the tall man next to me, and he placed his order. Then two other guys walked in, and they were immediately greeted: β€œHey, welcome in! We’ll be right with you.” At that point, I thought, β€œAlright, as long as I’m next after this guy, it’s all good.” But once they finished with him, they didn’t ask who was next or acknowledge me at all. Instead, they went straight to the two guys who had just walked in and asked, β€œWhat can I get for both of you?” They proceeded to order what felt like the entire menu, and I was honestly in disbelief that I had been completely skipped over. It already took them a long time to help the customers ahead of me

The ladies and the owner are great! Told them it was my first time visiting the store. Told them that I like spicy food. They made the best Torta, Elotes and Fruit Cup. Definitely making this place the one and only go to. All fresh.

This place was very small, but quaint. I can sense the history in that building. The older lady who looks like she is in charge was very friendly and welcoming. We asked if they had agua de nuez (nut water?), and the older lady told us she can make whatever water we'd like like agua de fresa or de rompope. She made it on the spot, and even poured her creation into another cup to taste it herself, and then added some more ingredients. I actually liked that she was tasting it to ensure it was up to quality, and let me tell you, it sure was. It was extremely good that by the time I walked back home I almost finished it. I was charged $8, but it was a very large and generous cup and it is made out of milk. I heard many people go to there for their fresas con crema, but my mom tried it and said it was just ok good and prefers the ones at the flea market on Claim St. And my dad tried their elote in a cup with everything and said it was pretty good. A lady in line behind me ordered a raspado de rompope (eggnogg snowcone?), which honestly I have never heard of such a flavor for a snowcone, but it sounded so good. I want to go back and try it. I also saw them making aguas de sangrias fo
